Michigan State Jukem Football Review!

Hello Agents!

Remember when I reviewed Jukem Football a couple of years ago - here ?  Well, guess what?!?  They now have a new one called Michigan State Jukem Football!

For those of you that don't know what Jukem is... Jukem is a card game that is great for having fun (especially for football lovers), but also working on your math skills at the same time!  Jukem is made in the USA and is for ages 8+.

Here is the history of Jukem : "Jeff Spelman originally created Jukem Football as a fun way to connect with his own children and help them with their math skills. He had no intentions of doing anything more with it. But after sharing the game with friends and family at gatherings, and much urging and encouragement from them to “do something with this,” he and wife, Michelle, decided to “go for it.”  The game got a colorful makeover – new vibrant images on all the cards and a color coding system made the game more intuitive and visually appealing. Jeff and his team also gave the football game a fun new name: Jukem.  Soon, there were Fumble, Interception, Blitz, Kick Return and Pancake Block cards. The new defensive cards added more fun “gotcha” moments to the game. There was also a quicker way to advance downfield with the addition of Pass “range” cards. And, there was a new special powerful card which carried the new name of the game, Jukem."

There are three different types of cards.  1.  Green Cards - these are your offensive cards.  These can help you advance in score.  2.  Yellow Defensive Cards - these defensive cards help you slow down your opponent.  3.  Red Defensive Cards - these cards can help you by removing your opponents entire current drive!!

Hike Card Game Review and Giveaway

Today I am going to be reviewing the card game Hike. Hike is a fun yet still a game that teaches your kids interesting facts about a trail, taking a hike and some of the wildlife or creations you may see along the way.
Game Play - Each player receives 7 card. Each player may play 1 card on their turn. Each card may be followed by 3 cards which are each listed on the previous card. Example ( The Trail card may be followed by either another trail, a peak, or a lake.) There are also specialty cards that creates twists and turns during the game which can be played on any card. Example (Avalanche, Drought, Earthquake etc.) If you cannot play a card then you are eliminated from the hand. You win the game by having the fewest cards in your hand when the game is over.
Hike is an enjoyable game especially liked by younger kids for things like the poop card. (A specialty card.) You can play to different points decided upon before the game starts. While this game is fun to play it also can teach your kids different things about the outdoors that unfortunately today many children know nothing of, because they are too interested in video's, games and friends.

Top Trumps Review and Giveaway!!

Top Trumps sent a Top Trumps Card Game with me. Top Trumps is a really fun game. I received "The Dog" Top Trumps game. This is a fun and easy game! Here is a picture of my set of Top Trumps :



The rules to the game :
"Top Trumps brings the classic card game "war" into the 21st century!

2-6 people can play. Deal out all 30 cards face down to the players. Each player holds their cards face up but may ONLY look at their top card.

The player to go first chooses the ‘best’ statistic (usually the highest) from their top card, e.g. “Top Speed 252mph”. All other players read out the SAME statistic. Whoever has the best or highest value wins and places all the top cards including their own to the bottom of their pile. They then choose the statistic for the next round.

During a round, if 2 or more cards ‘tie’ or no data is available for that particular statistic then all the cards are placed to one side and the same player chooses again from their next card. The winner of the hand also takes the cards that were placed to one side.

The first player to win all 30 cards is the winner of the game!"
