How Do You Train Your Dogs?

Hello Agents!

How is everyone today?  We are all doing great!  A couple of us are coughing and have a scratchy throat, but nothing horrible (except that we talk a little funny :).

This trip has been really great!  It has been really nice to see all of our southern friends again, and to be able to spend some time together.  We will be getting home on Friday evening/night or Saturday evening/night.  I can't wait to get home to see Shadow (my very energetic, but sweet Schipperke) and Princess Pansy (my spoiled, but adorable Sheltie) again!

Speaking of dogs - have any of you ever needed a Salt Lake City Dog Trainer?  My older sister is great at training dogs.  Most of you know about Princess Pansy.  She will sit, and lay down on command.  She comes when she is called, and she can be out with us without a leash (she stays by us, and comes when we call her).  She sleeps in a little dog bed at the side of my bed, and each morning when I start waking up she gets all excited and starts trying to jump up with me.  Whenever she sees us pull out the treat bag she will run over and sit down in front of us and watch us very intently :).  She follows me all over the house, and if I go somewhere, when I get back she is waiting at the door, fussing the whole time until I get back.  The dogs all love to play with each other (we also have two other Shelties - Sir Webster and Lady Grace).  We will close all of the gates in the backyard and let them loose and they just run around and play with each other.  It is hilarious watching the chase and race each other.  Do ya'll have any tips or tricks that you use for training your dogs, or do you use a Dog Trainer?

Anyway - back to our trip!  We are getting together with some friends tonight to play some volleyball.  We only see most of them once (maybe twice) a year, so we try to get as much time with them as we can while we are down here.

This is a sponsored post, but all thoughts and opinions are mine.

I am glad you have a good trainer in your family. I don't think we are consistent enough with the training. We would need to hire some help for a new dog.
