Grandma Lucy's Review/Giveaway! #Petacular

Hello Agents!

Today Lori with At the Fence is reviewing Grandma Lucy's.  As you can tell by the pictures our dogs REALLY liked the food!

Grandma Lucy's has offered us for review several types of their freeze-dried, grain free dog food.  We also received 3 different types of treats.  The girls are really spoiled!  Wait until you see some of the pictures of them eating the food!

We are going to start with the treats.  We have the Organic Tiny Tidbits, Cinnamon flavor, Tiny Tidbits, Cheeseburgers, and Freeze Dried Roasted Chicken.  Both of the Tiny Tidbits are labeled for dogs, but the Roasted Chicken are for cats too!  When I opened the bag of Cinnamon Tiny Tidbits, all I could think of was Snickerdoodle cookies.  They even look like little Snickerdoodle cookies.  They are small and could easily be used for rewards for training.  The Cheeseburger Tiny Tidbits look like little meatballs.  They are a bit crunchier than the cinnamon.  The Roasted Chicken look exactly like what they are, freeze-dried chicken,  The girls loved all of them.

I had an audience the whole time I was preparing the Artisan, grain-free, natural dog food.  My daughter even said it smelled like something we would eat.  We received sample packets, so I did not even have to measure them, I just poured them in the dish, added water, stirred it up and then let it sit for a few minutes.  The girls stood around the watching me.  Once it was ready, I actually gave them bites from a fork.  They took turns.  We then put it on a plate and allowed them to finish it off.  I gave them the Artisan Venison and the Pure Formance Lamb

The Artisan Venison has venison, potatoes, carrots, celery, blueberries, cranberries, apples, bananas, pumpkin, vitamin and minerals.  You can see the carrots and celery in the pictures.  The Lamb has lamb, chickpeas, flax, carrots, celery, apples, bananas, blueberries, cranberries, pumpkin, papaya, spinach, garlic, rosemary, vitamins and minerals.  They loved both of them.  It is really nice to be able to feed them quality food that does not contain grain, by-products and preservatives.  You can see several of the ingredients in the freeze-dried food.

From Grandma Lucy's:
Our ingredients and philosophy have not changed since we began in 1999. We remain committed to using only human-grade ingredients from local restaurant suppliers. If it is not good enough for human’s to eat, it will never be included in our food or treats – Grandma Lucy’s pets eat better than people! We know that not everyone has time to cook for their pets. We provide you with food and treats you can trust and feel comfortable feeding to
your pets because everyone at Grandma Lucy’s is a concerned and loving pet parent.
