I was sent a bag of goodies from 4 'lil Cupcakes...

It had some cards that looked like diapers, little booties, etc.

And it had a toy clip that had velcro so you could change the toy or change it to a paci. It is very useful.

Her shop is something I could give people something from and be sure that they will like it. She has some of the cutest things!

I LOVE this...

And this...

The things I received are really nice! They are so cute. And 4 'lil Cupcakes just updated her shop!! I think it looks fabulous!

NOVICA REVIEW AND GIVEAWAY!

I was at the Cafe eating lunch when one of my agents rushed in. There was a new product to investigate!

THE INVESTIGATION WAS ON!!

NOVICA!! I was given a $30 GC to order something for my review from Novica. I ordered the Fancy Frogs Ceramic sugar bowl and creamer set below...

Here is Novica's Mission : "We want to give artists and artisans around the world a global platform to express their true artistic talents and to spur their creativity. And, we want to provide you with access to unique, hard-to-find items at great values that only the Internet infrastructure can allow.

At the deepest essence of our philosophy, we want to create a bridge between you and the many talented artisans across the globe.

We want you to know about who you're buying from. We want you to feel that attachment to the product and to the hands that created it.

In the spirit of the Internet, let us bring you together.

NOVICA. The World is Your Market."

You can see some Testimonials Here. You can shop by Animal. That is neat! Then here is Handmade Jewelry. I think ANY woman LOVES Jewelry. If you need to find a gift for the woman that has everything (not quite!) shop here. I am sure she does not have some of these.
Then for anybody that it seems like they have everything you can shop here! They have some of the most Unique Gifts I have ever seen.
If you want to : "Discover unique fair trade corporate gifts for your organization. The largest online collection of handcrafted fair trade corporate gifts, including items for client gifts, conference gifts, sales incentives, employee recognition and awards." Go here! And then the last thing for now

Then Microfinance :
"

Novica has impacted the lives of thousands of artisans by connecting them to customers around the world.

Now, on our 10th anniversary, we want to continue helping artisans expand their businesses by providing access to microcredit.

For many years, Novica artisans have asked us if we could help them get loans so they could expand. We tried everything. We connected them with financial institutions. We introduced them to local banks. We even introduced them to microfinance institutions. But, unfortunately, most artisans could not obtain loans, and when they did, the interest rates were very high. In the Novica spirit, we cut out all the financial middlemen and took the matter into our own hands!

We're launching the first-ever microfinance website where customers can purchase products and lend money directly to artisans.

And with no middlemen involved in the process, our Artisan Loans will carry 0% interest.

Yes - artisans will not be charged any interest. This revolutionary concept is possible only because Novica has offices in developing nations working directly with artisans and fulfilling customer orders. Now, our offices will also serve as disbursement centers for Artisan Loans, providing artisans access to the credit that they need to grow. We're very excited about this effort."

You can go look at Microfinance Here!

The set I received is sooooo cute! People keep telling me how nice it looks. I put some pics below with what I think. Have fun reading and keep reading because there is a giveaway!

The creamer pitcher is really nice. The design is soo detailed also.

Here is the sugar bowl. It also is really nice. The frog is on top for the handle of the lid.

And the spoon is wood. It looks great in the sugar bowl.
