Carmex Review and Giveaway

Hello Agents,

I am ready to share the results of my latest investigation. My investigation of Carmex. I had some questions that needed answers. Are they really the best? Do they have the best healing creme and lotion? It took some time but I found out the truth about Carmex. The first thing I needed was a some of their products so that I could find out the truth myself. Not just what other people say. Carmex agreed to send me some products. This is the package they sent me...

This package they sent me includes one full size, healing cream, one full size healing lotion, one travel size healing cream, and one travel size healing lotion.

As soon as these came in I wanted to try them. Unfortunately so did my sisters. :D My little sister wanted the two in the travel size so I gave her both of the travel size for her birthday. She was so happy. She brings it everywhere with her! Because of the cold my hands started getting really dry and I was getting cuts. It was getting really bad. And my brother was even worse! There are so many lotions I don't like using because they are so oily. This one is not! We started using these and our hands started looking so much better. This really does work. I love it Carmex!

This would be a great gift for somebody. Check out their website to order. You can also Like them on Facebook and Follow them on Twitter to stay up with their latest news.

One of my Agents will receive the same Carmex the Gift Pack as I received! This is only a five day giveaway so enter fast!

QuadChess Board Game Review and Giveaway

I was recently able to go to The Chicago Toy and Game Fair and one of the companies I ran into was QuadChess. I love chess to begin with but chess with with four players is just AWESOME!!
In QuadChess you have 4 players 2 on each team but eac
h one has an army.“The Queen is strong and the pawn is weak, but when she turns her back, the lesser will overtake. But why turn her back? Because coming is yet another enemy, much more vile and powerful than any before.”
And such is QUADCHESS a challenge for all levels of chess players, complicated by the possibility of a fatal twist in the outcome of the game with every move.
QUADCHESS is played by four players, not all necessarily of the same level of experience in the traditional game of chess. QUADCHESS is the curious combination of two chess players defying the ambition of two other chess players. Two on two is the name of the game: devised in order to turn the basic game of chess into a team effort, with total reliance on one another from partner to partner. Watch one another’s back, for here comes the dual enemy gnashing its teeth.
All in all QuadChess is a top notch company and the game would be a perfect gift for the holidays for anyone whether they like chess or not.
To buy QuadChess at the low price of $29.99 on the Quadchess website.
Feel free to leave a comment on how you like their site, or if you bought one of the games.

QuadChess is going to give one of my readers a copy of QuadChess as a giveaway!!

Scents from Nature

I greatly enjoy the smell of the woods when we go camping and hiking. The fresh scent is in total contrast to the odors that are noticeable in a city such as what emanates from the local factory, or the exhaust of numerous vehicles as they travel from place to place. Nothing can be equal to the refreshing smell of pine and cedar trees as well as beautiful flowers such as dandelions, and lavender. This reminds me of the times when I was a young person and my brother and I would go camping with our father. We would get away from it all, and enjoy fishing on the lakeside and spending time in the sleeping bag under the stars which was truly refreshing. The cookout was one of our most favorite times grilling hot dogs and roasting marshmallows walking on the hiking paths was a special time as well be it through the Adirondack mountains on the east coast, or Oregon and Wyoming in the western part of our country. On these hiking trails an individual could truly appreciate the wonderful scents that God has given us in the various plants, shrubs and trees in His creation. Many times the trail would lead to a beach side or a body of water that offered their own distinct yet pleasant odors. When the wind picked up in particular the environment became one of great serenity. Today many seem to enjoy the electronics of our age such as video games and television productions and do not appreciate the wonders that God has provided for us to enjoy. A canoe or small boat trip also resulted in much enjoyment for our family. Seeing the many birds and animals that seemed to stay closer to the water was another time of learning as well as a time of pleasure as they went about their busy life. Even as we would pass a football or throw a frisbee. Our camping trips were more reminiscent of the old days when families would spend much time together enjoying the great outdoors and conversing with one another. One instance comes to mind as we were trying to sleep in our tent, of looking out and seeing what looked like a bear putting wood on the fire. I was about eight years old, somewhat terrified and more than a little perplexed at this unusual occurrence. It was not until the next day that my father told us there was no bear but it was he who was out there with the campfire.

Let me know if you have a scent that takes you back to a certain time or place. Leave a comment below:)

Oogie's Popcorn Review and Giveaway

I love Popcorn be it cheddar, caramel, or just plain old butter lovers. But Oogie's Popcorn make's it eating popcorn even better! They kindly allowed me to review some samples of their popcorn including the Kettle Corn Original, The White Cheddar, Movie Lovers Butter, Spicy Chipotle and Lime, and the Cracked Pepper and Asiago. I personally liked their White Cheddar best. They add plenty of white cheddar cheese to make it have just the right flavor of popcorn and white cheddar. The rest of the family enjoyed the Movie Lovers Butter and Cracked Pepper and Asiago. My dad liked the Original Kettle Corn and said it tasted like Caramel popcorn. The Spicy Chipotle and Lime was the least liked but it still tasted good and different.
According to Oogie's here's what their Popcorn tastes like.
The White Cheddar Popcorn-A zesty popcorn hat delivers a modern twist in one of the first gourmet popcorn classics. They use the finest cheese Wisconsin has to offer for a strong, slightly tangy flavor with a smooth finish.
The Movie Lovers Butter-Like a dashing movie star, this enticing popcorn keeps you coming back for more. The feature attraction is real churned butter for a fresh popped flavor you'll eat by the handful (literally).
Spicy Chipotle and Lime-A spicy treat, this outspoken concoction is loud on flavor. Chipotle starts smoky sweet then increases in heat with their custom spice blend. Lime lends a subtle citrus note that welcomes you back for more.
Cracked Pepper and Asiago-This audacious flavor is complex and rich, punctuated with just the right touch or cracked black pepper. To complement the Asiago, they also use a dash of cheddar and parmesan for a well-rounded smooth and truly satisfying finish.
The Original Kettle Corn-They took the beloved sweet and salty kettle corn and Oogiefied itit with the best natural ingredients they could find, including evaporated cane juice, sea salt, and of course their proprietary corn. And then added some secret touches that seperate Oogie's from all the others. The result is a Kettle Corn that is both traditional and modern all at once. Grab a handful and taste for yourself.
Some of the flavors I didn't receive but I'm sure taste great!!
Smoked Gouda-Originating from the Dutch city of the same name, Gouda cheese offers an elegant, full, rich flavor that has been aged to perfection. They then add a custom herb blend and five different peppers to create a sweet, smoky popcorn for a distinct culinary experience.
Sun-Dried Tomato and Parmesan-Sun-Dried tomatoes add a sultry pronounced flavor that perfectly complements our fresh blend of aged hard cheeses. Smooth Reggiano Parmesan and a touch of garlic add a delicate finish you'll savor until the last kernal.
Hatch Chili Con Queso-A fiery delight, this bag delivers big on the celebrated flavoe of Hatch chili. We added red chili peppers to turn up the heat and real cheddar cheese to sweeten the deal. Perfectly balanced you'll lick the bag clean.
Oogie's popcorn is also All Natural-Gluten Free - Non-Gmo Corn-Trans Fat Free-Cholesterol Free-100% Whole Grain-and RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS.
About the Company Oogie's Popcorn
They started experimenting for much of 2004-2005 and sampling it out to friends and family. They shipped their first order of Oogie's Popcorn on the very last day of 2005.

Oogie's is willing to give away One Oogie's Party Pack, that includes 16 bags of their decadent popcorn. 2 of each flavor.

Student arrested

Content by Sol Rosales

I recently saw a student that I taught two years ago on the evening news. He was arrested for robbing a gas station at gun point. I have taught at the same school for the last twenty-two years, but over the past several years, the school has changed dramatically. Many years ago my husband and I made the decision not to live inside the district in which I teach. We felt like it would be wise for us to have some separation from my students away from school. We purchased a home security system through adt kansas city a number of years ago, and we live in a very safe community. However, the school has changed, and I no longer feel as safe at work every day as I once did. We seem to have more troubled students than we used to have, and I have seen a number of quality students transfer out of our school for these reasons. I have three years left until I am able to retire, and I am looking forward to that day. I still care about my students, but it is time for me to move on.
