Custimizo Review and Giveaway

Customizo is a new clothing design company that specializes in designing clothing exactly as the person wants it. Custimozo.com offers state of the art design software and a social networking platform unlike anything else on the web. Custimozo.com allows users to do everything in one place, and best of all they have name brand clothing like Nike, Adidas, Champion and many more.

I received a pre-designed t-shirt that says "Hashtag Something Clever #TextOnlyTees" The shirt is nice and durable while not being to heavy. I have worn it playing sports several times and like the feel of it. I played around on their website today and found it extremely easy to use. All you have to do is either search the type of clothing you want, Atheletic, T-Shirt, Sweatshirt etc. Or you can browse through their list of clothing. There is a place right on the page where you can get a free quote. They do any amount of shirts and have pretty reasonable prices. I looked at getting 30 shirts with a digital print on the front and back and the total estimate was $316.60 not bad when you consider they furnish the shirt and do the printing.

Novica Mens Scarf Review and $30.00 Gift Card Giveaway

I was recently able to review a really neat company called Novica. Novica is an online store that has items from around the world including Andes, Bali and Java, Brazil, Central America, India, Mexico, Thailand and West Africa. They carry items like pots, and vases, clothing for men and women including scarves, shirts, pants and accessories like wallets, ties etc.
I was given a $30.00 gift card and chose to review the Alpaca Blend Scarf Charcoal Gift of Warmth.
When I received the scarf I was surprised at how soft and warm it was. This scarf is an excellent way to stay warm and look fashionable while doing it. And to top it all it comes from Peru.
Alpaca is made with natural fibers 60% Acrylic and 40% Alpaca.

The Artist as told by Novica "Isidoro C'cahuantico Mendoza was born on April 4, 1954, in a village near Cuzco. During the 1970s, he was forced to migrate when terrorist activities swept his region. Accepting various jobs, he soon found himself working as a janitor in a textile factory.
"I was completely fascinated with the work they were doing!" Isidoro recalls. "I became enamored with the textile arts at first sight.
"At night, when everyone had gone home and I was left alone to sweep and clean, I began to look at the looms and machines and to experiment with them, just out of curiosity. Some days later, one of the weavers complained to the supervisor that his machine was never the way he'd left it the night before. The owner asked who kept adjusting the loom, and was surprised beyond belief to learn that the culprit was me!
"She asked me why I was using the loom, and I replied that I wanted to learn to weave. She said that if I really wanted to learn, I should learn to assemble one of the spare looms in the warehouse.
"That was one of the most important and memorable moments in my life! My curiosity led me into the world of textiles, looms, knits and weaves.
"That was the beginning of a vocation, a great gift that I have now also passed along to my children. My two older children work with me, weaving and knitting fine alpaca textiles, and my daughter does the best crochet work I have ever seen. I hope all of my four children eventually develop my same love and passion for weaving!
