LEGOLAND Florida is GREAT!

Hello Agents!

How many of you have ever visited Legoland?  We have!  We just visited the LEGOLAND Florida on our yearly Florida trip.  We arrived about opening time, and headed in.  This is a really neat amusement park.  All throughout the park there are lifesize lego figures/statues.  The first ride we did is the Factory X.  My little sister LOVES all sorts of roller coasters, so she really enjoyed the drop on this one.

Here is a quick video of the different lego figures and animals around the park...

We rode the Factory X several times, and then headed over to the AQUZONE Wave Racers.  This one was also very fun.  You stand up (each person separately unless if you have a little one), and you can steer with the wheel.  Water blasts up and will get you wet unless if you steer yourself out of the way!

Then we walked through the Miniland USA section.  This was really neat!  There are several sections (some of which are : Florida, the Kennedy Space Center, Washington DC, New York, etc.).

Here is a little bit about LEGOLAND Florida... "LEGOLAND® Florida, Central Florida’s newest theme park, is a 150-acre, full two-day interactive family theme park specifically designed for families with children ages 2 to 12. The largest LEGOLAND Park in the world, it features more than 50 rides, shows, and attractions, restaurants, shopping, a breathtaking botanical garden and the all-new LEGOLAND Water Park.   Just 45 minutes from Orlando and downtown Tampa, LEGOLAND Florida rests along the shores of Lake Eloise in the city of Winter Haven. Here guests can enjoy 10 easy-to-navigate and highly-themed zones that include pink-knuckle roller coasters, Miniland USA, the Imagination Zone and LEGO City where youngsters can learn how to drive by freely navigating their own boats and LEGO cars.   The all-new LEGOLAND Water Park is a “park within a park” and provides splish-splashin’ fun for the whole family. Main attractions include the Build-A-Raft River where guests can build their own LEGO raft and float down the 1,000-foot lazy river or play for hours at the Joker Soaker water playground. Other attractions include the LEGO Wave Pool, five slippery-fast water slides and the DUPLO® Splash Safari, a toddler-haven with perfectly-sized slides and a zero-depth wading pool."

Here is a quick slideshow of some of the rides that we rode at LEGOLAND Florida!  I really don't have any pictures of us on the rides, because everyone rode every ride!

Next we headed over to the Coastersaurus.  This roller coaster (located in the Land of Adventure), "curves and dips in and around a prehistoric jungle of animated and life-sized LEGO brick dinosaurs".  M. LOVED seeing all the Lego Dinosaurs while riding on this coaster!

Then we rode the Flying School (this roller coaster is located in LEGO City).  This one was our favorite!  It is a "suspended steel coaster that lets kids experience the thrill of flight".  You strap yourself into the seat (there is no floor!) and then take off - there are lots of twists and spins and it goes fast!

This is a really neat amusement park.  Make sure if you ever visit Florida to go check out LEGOLAND Florida!  Your family will really enjoy it.  You can Like them on Facebook and Follow them on Twitter to stay up with the latest news and deals!

"I received no monetary compensation for this review post.  I did receive two tickets for free admission to LEGOLAND Florida for review purposes."

Florida In February with Jiffy Lube! Review/Giveaway

NOTICE : THIS GIVEAWAY HAS BEEN EXTENDED ONE WEEK (ENDS 2/22)!

Hello Agents!

As you all know we are on our way to Florida!   Yeah!  We have so many great plans in the works.  My dad will be preaching at some churches, love to get to see old friends!  Then of course we have some fun activities planned too!  Keep checking back at PI of Products to see.

Of course when planning a trip we always want to make sure our vehicle is ready to go.  Tires checked, engine checked and of course we get an oil and lube.  Of course when we do anything like this we want to go to someone we trust.  For an oil change my dad prefers Jiffy Lube.  A chain that is well-known and established.  They are also all over the country, and when you travel that is a great benefit.  We try to find a large well-known company for all our automotive needs so we can get taken care of no matter where we may be.

We have never had a problem with Jiffy Lube.  They are always courteous and not pushy when it comes to offering their other services.  Not only do they do a good job, they do it quickly.  My only complaint?  Because they are so good, occasionally they have a line.

Now, here is an idea.  Give Jiffy Lube gift card!  We received a $40 Jiffy Lube gift card for our Florida in February event.  Of course we want the vehicle ready to go.  We will have put over 3,000 miles on the vehicle by the time we are done.

Look at some of the benefits of a Jiffy Lube gift card:
No expiration date or fees
The gift card can be set for any monetary denomination ($10 - $300)
Redeemable toward goods or services at any participating Jiffy Lube location

Have any of my agents ever visited the Jiffy Lube website?  They have an overwhelming amount of information available for the traveler.  From beginning drivers to family travel tips, you can find all this information in their Knowledge Center.

Take a glance at the Jiffy Lube Pledge:

Leave Worry BehindSM

At Jiffy Lube®, we believe you deserve to be free from the anxiety of keeping your vehicle in top shape. Most importantly, we believe you deserve a service provider you can trust. Our pledge is to help keep your vehicle running for the long haul, so you can Leave Worry BehindSM.

At over 2,000 Jiffy Lube® service centers across North America, more than 20,000 technicians complete the award-winning Jiffy Lube® training program to help get the job done right. We use vehicle manufacturer recommendations to inform you of the preventive maintenance your vehicle needs to help protect your investment. We keep all service records on file so that, no matter which Jiffy Lube® location you visit, you can be assured of a consistent, quality experience. This is our pledge to you.

This is why my dad trusts Jiffy Lube.  He has a regular maintenance schedule for our vehicles.  Very seldom does he go past the due date for an oil and lube.  With traveling so often, he likes to make sure to do the regular maintenance to prevent other problems.

Now, here is the great news!  Jiffy Lube not only sent us a gift card to make our Florida vacation a good one, but they also planned a $40 Jiffy Lube Gift Card for a giveaway to one of my agents!  Be sure to enter!

PERPLEXUS TWIST is Fun!

Hello Agents!

How is everyone?  We are all doing great!  We are starting to pack for our yearly trip to Florida (we leave in  a little less than two weeks), and getting everything scheduled.

I met Allan at the Perplexus Booth at the Chicago Toy and Game Fair, and he gave me a PERPLEXUS TWIST for review.  This is a really neat item.  My family has owned the Perplexus Jr. before, but this one has a new "Twist"!  Really - there are traps, cliffhangers, dead ends and more, and the only way you can get past them, is to twist the handles and realign the tracks within the shell.

"Grab the handles and TWIST to get a feel for the new power we've given you!  You alone control the alignment of the tracks.  Roll the ball to a starting point.  As you follow the track you will soon be stuck on the edge of a cliff.  Carefully twist the handles to create the path.  Watch for many great obstacles as you make your way to "The Perch".

My family LOVES the new PERPLEXUS TWIST!  It so funny to watch somebody sitting there trying to reach "The Perch", and then they make a mistake so they have to start all over again.  They may get irritated at the "TWIST", but they always keep trying over and over again.

PERPLEXUS TWIST is a great item.  Who wouldn't love to receive one?!?  Make sure you go Like them on Facebook and Follow them on Twitter to stay up with their latest news.

I received no monetary compensation for this review.  I did received a PERPLEXUS TWIST for review purposes only.  All thoughts and opinions are mine.  All quotes are taken from Perplexus.

Funny Lawn Signs!

Hello Agents!

How many of you have seen some funny lawn signs?  We have!  Since we travel so much we have seen a lot of funny signs... and I mean FUNNY signs!

Right now we are planning our trip to Florida (in February) including where we are staying each night, what attractions we would like to visit and when, etc.  We have also been deciding what we need to bring, and all those other little necessary things.  I received a really nice little camera as a gift, so I will of course bring it on the trip and snap photos of any more funny or humorous signs, bumper stickers, etc.

The sign below we saw while taking a trip to Chicago.  We stopped at a gas station for a quick bathroom stop and to grab some drinks.  It looks like an ordinary sign at first glance, but then you realize they are advertising two pizza slices... for only five hundred dollars!

Another sign we saw, really wouldn't have been that funny, except that I have sisters. :)  There was a sign for Tow Zone, so she thought she would be funny and put her toe in the toe (tow) zone...

We have also seen some other really funny signs.  Like one on a shopping cart that said all items in cart half price... but there wasn't anything in the cart!  Then there was another sign that was advertising that the DVD would be available on the 23th (instead of available on the 23rd).  We have also seen bumper stickers that say "Guns Don't Kill People - Dads With Pretty Daughters Do"or "DADD -Dads Against Dating Daughters".  The one day when we were traveling we stopped for some drinks and saw a storage unit company behind the local Burger King... and it was called "Storage Units Behind Burger King".  Anyway, those are just a couple odd or funny signs/bumper stickers that we have seen in our many travels.  Have you seen or heard of any funny or humorous signs?  If so leave a comment below and let us know so we can all laugh. :)

This is a sponsored post, but all thoughts, opinions, and pictures are mine.

Tropicana Pure Premium 100% Florida Orange Juice

I don't know how many of you like to read but I love reading. Especially when the book is about a businessman, make him a Christian and I love it. Anthony T. Rossi founder of Tropicana was both and his biography is one of the most unique stories I have ever read.
Now Tropicana has a sweepstakes going on on their Facebook Page and I'm able to blog about. You can enter on their Facebook page and there are 100 Florida Prizes including a one year supply of Tropicana Orange Juice. How cool is that. 99 people will be selected to win 12 coupons for 59 oz Tropicana Pure Premium containers. And 1 person will be selected to win a trip to a Florida Orange Grove and will be allowed to bring 3 people with them. It will include a round trip airfare for four people to Florida, a three night stay at a Florida hotel. For more info visit Tropicana. I personally have done this and it is quick and easy.
Tropicana as I said before was start
ed by Anthony T. Rossi and it is currently the largest single buyer of Florida fruit. They purchase roughly 11.6 Billion Oranges a year. That's huge! They also use Groves in 22 different counties in Florida mainly the central and south part of Florida. And best of all Tropicana is 100% PURE Florida Orange Juice, I don't know about you but nothing can even come close to Pure orange juice. Every other type just doesn't taste the same.
I was recently able to spend almost a month down in Florida with my family and let me tell you it was fun. We went to Tampa, and Orlando, Panama City, and many other pla
ces. We got to visit friends we haven't seen in about a year and we also went to alot of interesting attractions. Some of us went to the Tampa Zoo, Lego Land, Medieval Times, The Museum of Science and Industry. Here we were able to go on a flight of stairs that eventually turned into bars up probably 50-75 feet up into the air yes we were strapped in but this was an interesting and exciting attraction. Thankfully Florida also has Chick Fil A which sells non-other than Tropicana Orange Juice. I had it for breakfast alot and boy was it good. While in Tampa we were also able to see the Tropicana Field. My mom made sure to get some pictures.
If all of my readers could please go and like the
Tropicana page both I and Tropicana would love it.
All in all my trip was an enjoyable one with lots of nice weather we even got to go camping some. The one thing I missed though was going to one of the Tropicana Orange Groves. Next time I'm down there I will be sure to stop by one and take a tour and maybe even get some Tropicana Pure Orange Juice.
