Do You Need to Get Advice?

Hello Agents!

How is everyone doing this morning?  Great!  We are all doing fine.  My dad, mom, my older brother, and a friend left this morning at about nine thirty to ten o' clock.  One of my older sisters went and picked up his two dogs (Roxie and Ruby) that we will be taking care of while they are gone. We started school on time, and got started.  Everyone was doing really good, and we stopped school at about eleven thirty to twelve o' clock to start lunch.  That is when we got a call from the company coming to fix our dishwasher tomorrow!  When we originally bought the dishwasher we purchased the warranty (I think it is the five year warranty).  A couple of months after we bought the dishwasher it started acting up.  It would leave the dishes really dirty, the dishwasher would start leaking ALL OVER the kitchen floor, then the door of the dishwasher wouldn't stay shut, etc.  We tried a couple of different things (thinking maybe it was something we were doing), but nothing worked.  Finally, we decided we would just call in, and try to Get Advice about the dishwasher problems we were having (I don't know why we didn't simply call in on it in the first place, but they wanted to make sure is wasn't just a quick and easy fix that we could do, instead of having the company come out.).  So they set up a time for somebody to come out and check the dishwasher.  It took a couple of times of coming and going, and parts being shipped or re-ordered, but all of that was finally fixed... we thought.  On the last time they were supposed to be out here, they said the the top console part of the door on the dishwasher needed fixed (all of the lights were on all of the time, but they weren't supposed to be.  They said if we left it like that, it would just stop working at all.).  Not what we want!  Before they left the company ordered the part and said when it arrived, that they would come and fix it.  That is what they are coming to do tomorrow... hopefully this will fix everything.  Have any of my agents had any problems with their dishwasher?  Leave a comment and let us know how you had it fixed!
